1. Eligibility

You may use the services only if you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and are not prohibited from using gambling services under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must not use the services from any territory where online gambling is prohibited.
• We may request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time and may suspend your account until it is provided.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Only one account per person is permitted. We may close duplicate accounts and treat related balances as one.
• You must not sell, transfer, or share your account with anyone else.

Passkeys, wallet signatures, magic links, and Telegram sign-in are offered for convenience. You are responsible for the security of the wallet, device, email, or Telegram account you use to sign in.

3. Deposits, balances, and withdrawals

• Real-money balances are funded with supported crypto assets and are shown in the display currency for convenience only.
• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset to the correct network address and for any network fees.
• Withdrawals are subject to review and may require identity verification. We may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a legal obligation to do so.
• Practice balances are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn.

4. Games and fairness

Games use provably-fair mechanics based on committed seeds. Published results may be independently verified as described in the applicable game documentation. Wagers are final once accepted, and settlement is determined by the game logic and the applicable paytable.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional credit are subject to the specific terms shown with the offer. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where it has been misused, is subject to abuse, or contains an error.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated play, or other software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or evading a self-exclusion or account closure.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or payment faults instead of reporting them.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.

Where prohibited conduct is identified we may void affected wagers, withhold related balances, and suspend or close accounts.

7. Affiliate program

Participation in the affiliate program is governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms, which supplement these Terms. Where the affiliate program terms conflict with these Terms in relation to the affiliate program, the affiliate program terms apply.

8. Responsible gaming

We provide deposit limits, loss limits, and related controls in account settings. If gambling is no longer fun, or is affecting your finances, health, or relationships, please use these tools or contact support to discuss a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

9. Intellectual property

The services, including all software, game logic, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for personal entertainment only.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close your account, and may withhold or void balances where required by law or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any legitimate balance will be returned subject to verification and applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from network, blockchain, or third-party failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is licensed to provide the services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
