Affiliate Program Terms

1. Participation and approval

• You must hold an active TriniStake account and be eligible to use the services under the Terms & Conditions.
• Applications are reviewed before commission is earned. Referral links track signups while an application is pending, but commission only accrues once you are approved.
• You must not refer yourself or create accounts to generate commission.
• We may decline, suspend, or terminate participation at our discretion, including where these terms are breached.

2. Referral links and attribution

• Your referral link contains a unique code. Attribution is set once, at signup, via the referral cookie and is retained for 90 days.
• Attribution applies only to genuinely new players who are not already attributed to another affiliate.
• Referral links may be used on sites you own or operate, and in transparent marketing to audiences where the promotion of gambling is lawful.

3. Commission

• Commission is 5% of net gaming revenue (NGR) from referred players' settled real-money game activity. Deposits and practice play do not count.
• NGR is netted across all of your referred players. The running commissionable NGR floors at zero, so a net-negative stretch cancels commission down to zero without carrying forward as debt.
• Accrual is paused while your affiliate account is suspended, and activity during a suspension is not backfilled.
• Commission is an obligation that becomes payable only through the manual payout process below.

4. Reporting

Your affiliate dashboard shows clicks, signups, active referred players, NGR, and estimated commission for the selected period. Reports are provided for convenience and are not final until reviewed.

5. Payouts

• You may request a payout of at least $100 from your available commission.
• Payouts are manual. An administrator reviews each request and records the external payment reference; no automatic wallet transfer is made.
• One payout request may be open at a time. Available commission is reduced when a request is paid.
• Payout requests and resolution are paused while an account review is open.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referral, multi-accounting, or collusion to inflate commission.
• Fraudulent, incentivised, misleading, or unsolicited (spam) traffic.
• Misrepresenting TriniStake, bidding on branded search terms, or using hidden or forced redirects.
• Cookie stuffing, traffic from prohibited territories, or any method that misattributes signups.

We may void commission, withhold payouts, and suspend or terminate participation where prohibited conduct is identified.

7. Reviews and withholding

We use automated signals to detect suspicious signups, such as matching identity details or shared device or network fingerprints. Where a review is open, payouts are paused until the review is resolved. We may withhold or reverse commission connected to fraud or error.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from commission you receive, and for complying with the tax and reporting laws that apply to you.

9. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, links stop tracking, accrual stops, and any commission validly earned before termination remains subject to these terms, the payout threshold, and completion of any review.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation, including loss of anticipated commission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
