This Privacy Policy explains what personal data TriniStake collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe and lawful service, your consent (for example, where consent is required for a specific communication), and compliance with legal obligations.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the services. A referral cookie is set when you arrive through an affiliate link so that a resulting signup can be attributed; it contains only the referral code and expires after 90 days. We may also use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the services are used. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage them.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a further period required to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure; please protect your credentials and sign-in methods and contact us if you suspect compromise.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and certain rights are subject to legal exceptions.
The services are not intended for anyone under 18 (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services, and the “last updated” date above will be revised.
